The Real Estate West Harbour
This area is just coming up, it was home to Italian and Portuguese immigrants at the beginning of the century, now it's gone hip or cool or whatever the word du jour is.
Waterfront is really limited and impossible to come by but homes a few blocks in are lovely. Starting price is around 140K and can go significantly higher.
As the neighbourhood is in a Renaissance, some home require modernization, which a lot of people have taken on.
Homes here are amazing but buying one is a waiting game.
Prices have spiked considerably over the last few years but deals and fixer uppers can still be found. Waterfront is several kilometers long. One town house development has been completed and another is in the works.
