You see the signs stapled to hydro poles around the city or you receive cute “hand written” notes explain the benefits of not using realtors when selling your home. It is enticing. You “save the commission”. A Quick closing is offered. Any condition. Anywhere. Just Call Mindy, or Kandy.  They will sort it all out for you. 26 Case was listed on MLS on approximately February 7, 2021 for $299,000. It sold a week later, in multiple offer situation, on February 15th, for a miraculous $550,000. The house was in “original” condition and not a penny was spent on upgrading it. Cash House Buyer Inc., stole 325,000 from the previous owner. What’s even more pathetic, they were shortly after featured in The Spec as saviours of run down homes and master renovators, all in their all too skinny pants an goatees meant to show intellect. If you find your self in situation where you are in a hurry to sell, or panicked, there is no place better to expose your home to a large market place than Multiple Listing Service.
